Rosann serves as the Director of Loan Servicing for Seacrest Advisors, LLC "Seacrest", a wholly owned subsidiary of Fairview Partners, LLC, and sole servicer for each loan owned by Fairview managed Funds. Rosann has specialized in loan servicing and asset management for the past 30 years. Most recently Rosann worked as Assistant Vice President in the commercial loan servicing department at Homestreet Bank, responsible for oversight of a substantial loan portfolio. Prior to that, she spent time with Alliant Capital and Ned Eichler & Associates serving in a variety of capacities including, loan processing, closing management, servicing, and asset management.
